Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking to become a vital part of a dynamic team? We are seeking a proactive and professional Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant
  • Maintain and update profiles for our appraisers, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform basic computer tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and document management.
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed to support the team’s efficiency.

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant
  • Strong verbal communication skills with good phone etiquette.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliability and a positive attitude to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Schedule & Compensation for Administrative Assistant
  • Days & Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Hourly Pay: $15 per hour
