Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Murray, Kentucky. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data within our systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, verify, and update data into company databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain and organize records of transactions, reports, and documents.
  • Perform quality checks to identify and correct errors in data entries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and clarify information.
  • Ensure compliance with data confidentiality and company policies.
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry/administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role.
  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
