Prime Paducah rental complex is looking for a maintenance technician. Responsibilities will be maintaining the grounds, apartment flips, and various other general maintenance duties. All buildings are 3 stories with lots of stairs. Looking for a candidate that is organized, fairly mechanical and has good attention to detail. All major work will be directed by maintenance manager with the assistance of the maintenance tech.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pay is $15 per hour.
