Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring proper items are packaged and shipped to proper client/customer destination. This is a Day-Shift position, Monday - Friday.
Duties for Shipping Clerk / Quality:
- Verify and retain records on outgoing shipments
- Compare identifying information on outgoing shipments against orders, invoices, bills of lading ,etc
- Verify all product is packaged properly and accounted for prior to shipment
- Verify shipping information and destination is correct
- Utilize computer for documentation and product information
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements for Shipping Clerk / Quality:
- Computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Auditing or quality experience is a bonus, but not required
- Anyone with quality, shipping, packing, auditing experience - related to warehouse or production - will be considered
- Drug Screen & Background Required
- Strong Work history preferred
Drug Screen and Background Check are required. Pay based on experience, $17-20/hr.
