A local events center is looking for a full-time, permanent 'Sous Chef.'
This person will be working directly under the head chef and is responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, managing the kitchen when the head chef is absent, and helping to plan and execute menus.
You will also play a key role in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
This is a salary position ($35,000+)
Full-time permanent employment (40 hours)
Monday - Friday (8:00 - 4:30p)

In 2023, Jake returned to TempsPlus continuing his HR career as a Human Resource Assistant. Jake is a native of Paducah, graduating from Paducah Tilghman and MSU in 2022. He enjoys playing basketball and golf in his free time and is a huge fan of the NBA.
