Job Title: Candlemaker – Weekend Production Shift (Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Position Overview as Candlemaker Production team member:
Join our dynamic team as a Candlemaker on our dedicated weekend production shift. We are seeking hardworking and flexible individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship and quality. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment focused on producing high-quality candles to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities as Candlemaker Production team member:
  • Prepare and pour candle wax according to company formulations and safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain temperature controls and equipment to ensure optimal candle quality.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Clean and organize work areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Assist with packaging and labeling finished products, ensuring accuracy.
  • Adapt to the workflow, including additional shifts if necessary, to complete production targets.

Qualifications as Candlemaker Production team member:
  • Prior experience in candle making or related manufacturing preferred but not required; training provided.
  • Ability to work the designated weekend hours (Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM).
  • Flexibility to work additional shifts as needed until production is complete.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights associated with the manufacturing environment.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
