Legal Assistant
Location: Paducah, KY
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: $17–$20 per hour

Job Summary for Legal Assistant / Law Office:
A respected law office in Paducah is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong office and computer skills, prior legal or law office experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for Legal Assistant / Law Office:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals

  • Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems

  • Manage schedules, deadlines, and case files

  • Assist with document preparation for hearings, trials, and meetings

  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other law firms

Qualifications for Legal Assistant / Law Office:

  • Previous experience in a legal setting preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional and dependable demeanor
