Sous Chef will be working under the Head Chef, helping structure kitchen, staff, event meals, and schedules.
Requirements for Sous Chef:
Standard schedule is 7a-3:30p, depending on events. Must be flexible, as events are scheduled a variety of days and times.

Background Check is required, due to the nature of this position.
