Job Description

Location: Hickory, KY
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Friday-Sunday, Day Shift (20-25 hours per weekend)

We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Janitor to work weekends at a manufacturing and production facility in Hickory, KY.
This position is best suited for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. We are looking for someone with previous janitorial or custodial experience who can be trusted to manage their responsibilities without direct supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Perform janitorial and custodial cleaning throughout the facility
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
  • Empty trash and recycling containers
  • Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness in production and warehouse areas
  • Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Follow all facility safety procedures and cleaning standards
 
Qualifications
  • Previous janitorial, custodial, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning experience required
  • Experience working independently with little or no supervision
  • Reliable and trustworthy with a strong attendance record
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working alone in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand throughout the shift
  • Reliable transportation
