Seeking a highly polished and professional Front Desk Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for their organization.

This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and staff, delivering exceptional customer service while managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities.
Guest and Client Services: Act as the face of the company, warmly greeting visitors, answering inquiries, providing directions, and notifying staff of arriving clients.
Phone System Management: Efficiently handle a multi-line phone system by directing calls to appropriate extensions, taking accurate messages, and facilitating conference call setups as needed.
Mail and Delivery Coordination: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the correct recipients promptly; manage outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
Reception Area Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area, ensuring a clutter-free and welcoming environment.
Office Maintenance: Oversee basic building maintenance, including coordinating cleaning schedules and managing inventory of office and cleaning supplies.
Administrative Support: Perform tasks such as filing, data entry, and assisting with tax return assembly to support organizational operations.
Financial Tasks: Process client payments using Remote Deposit Software, handle accounts payable, manage petty cash, and oversee employee postage.
Client Support: Provide clear and professional guidance to clients regarding tax filing instructions and requirements.
Experience in a Professional Office Setting is required.Â

$21-$25/hr. based on experience …  Full-time Monday – Friday 8-5.
