Administrative Assistant / Front Office
Pay: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Paducah, KY
A well-established construction company in the Paducah area is looking to fill an Administrative Assistant / Front Office position. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on supporting field operations and daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Assistant / Front Office
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Dispatch field crews and track daily activity
  • Maintain logs, job tickets, and schedules
  • Provide office support (filing, scheduling, data entry)
  • Communicate clearly with both team members and customers
Qualifications Administrative Assistant / Front Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Previous admin or customer service experience helpful
  • Basic computer skills required & Excel knowledge
