We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our medical center's senior leadership team. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital, while also contributing to the growth and success of our healthcare organization.

**Overview**

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO, CFO, and CNO, acting with minimal supervision and anticipating their needs. You will manage the day-to-day workflow, prioritize various projects, and ensure that all meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements are coordinated with precision. Additionally, you will serve as a Medical Staff Coordinator and Contract Coordinator, ensuring that all processes are followed and completed in a timely manner.

**Required Skills**

* Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of hospital operations and medical terminology

**Nice to Have Skills**

* Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
* Knowledge of medical records and billing processes
* Experience with contract management and coordination
* Certification in medical administration or a related field
* BLS/CPR certification

**Preferred Education and Experience**

* Previous administrative experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
* 2+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leadership

**Other Requirements**

* Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
