Job Description

Office Clerk
Location: Paducah, KY
Pay: Starting at $10.61/hour; higher pay considered based on experience and education
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our daily administrative operations. This role involves handling various clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.?
Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

  • File documents and retrieve information as needed

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Order and maintain office supplies
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team?
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods

  • Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds
