Required Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic math and cash handling proficiency

  • Proven reliability and professionalism

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in banking or retail customer service
  • Familiarity with banking software and POS systems
  • Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse client base

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a bank teller, cashier, or customer service representative is a plus
