Production Assembly Worker – Paducah, Kentucky
We are currently hiring for a production assembly role with a growing manufacturing employer in Paducah, Kentucky. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a team that helps keep production running smoothly.

Position: Production Assembly Worker
Location: Paducah, Kentucky
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties in a production assembly role, including packing, sorting, and preparing products for shipment

  • Operate basic equipment and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced production environment

  • Assist with staging, labeling, loading, and stacking products on the line

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all quality and safety guidelines while working as part of a production team

  • Be reliable, able to work on your feet, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a production assembly role is helpful, but not required

  • Must be dependable and able to follow instructions

  • Comfortable working in a standing, repetitive position

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
