Job Description


Job Title: Business Manager in Paducah kentucky 

Schedule: 3–4 days per week 12- 15 hours per week 

Pay: $16 per hour 

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Manager to support daily operations and help streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, financial management experience, and the ability to create effective systems that keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee budgeting, financial records, and reporting.

  • Handle ordering of supplies and maintain accurate inventory lists.

  • Develop and implement systems and tools to improve organization and efficiency.

  • Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and documentation.

  • Answer and manage emails and phone communications in a professional manner.

  • Assist with marketing efforts, including promotions and outreach.

  • Provide support in day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in business management, administration, or a related role preferred.

  • Strong skills in budgeting, financial oversight, and record-keeping.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
