Job Description

Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Recruiter Needed!
 
Work for the BEST Staffing company in Western Kentucky! Voted BEST 7 years and counting!
 
No Recruiting experience required, we will train!
Experience in an Office Environment is required.
Spanish/English Bilingual
 
The right candidate will be personable and comfortable recruiting and speaking with potential candidates and assisting with HR.

Hours: Must be available 7am start time. Generally an 8 hour shift, but may work until 5pm on occasion. 
 
Duties for Bilingual Recruiter will include:
  • Reviewing Resumes
  • Scheduling Candidates, via text, email, or phone call
  • Assist with interviews
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements / Skills for Bilingual Recruiter:
  • Must be bilingual, Spanish and English
  • Customer - Service oriented
  • Must be comfortable speaking with candidates
  • Computer skills
  • Office experience / skills
  • Strong willingness and desire to learn!
