Job Description

Local company is looking for a HR Generalist to work 2nd shift 3:00PM - 1:00AM

The HR generalist provides HR support and guidance for the full range of HR activities

This role reports directly to the Human Resource Manager 

  • 2-4 years HR generalist or administrative assistant experience
  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not necessary 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism; maintain confidentiality 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
