Key Responsibilities for Bookkeeper:
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
Handle basic administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting as needed.
Support other administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Part-Time, flexible schedule (to be discussed during interview).
Competitive pay rate of $17-$18 per hour.
