Job Description


Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls, be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, and have programming knowledge. This role requires strong attention to detail, tool-changing expertise, and the ability to control offsets within tight tolerances of 50 microns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines equipped with Fanuc controls

  • Read, interpret, and work from blueprints accurately

  • Perform basic programming and make edits as needed at the machine

  • Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and cylinder gauges

  • Perform tool changes and adjust machine offsets to maintain precision

  • Maintain tolerance levels consistently at or below 50 microns

  • Inspect and verify the quality of parts throughout the production process

  • Communicate with supervisors and team members about any production or quality issues

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls

  • Strong blueprint reading skills

  • Proficient with precision measuring tools

  • Ability to manage tool changes and control offsets

  • Understanding of tight tolerance machining (50 microns or better)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
