Required Machinist Skills:
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Proficiency with CNC programming, setup and operation
Strong understanding of machining tools, gauges, and measurement devices
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Experience working with firearm components or accessories a plus but not necessary.
Familiarity with industry-specific safety protocols
Ability to troubleshoot CNC machinery and perform basic maintenance
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
2+ years of relevant machining experience.
