Job Title: CNC Operator
Pay: $15/hour

Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable CNC Operator to join our team at a steel and aluminum distribution facility in Paducah, KY. In this role, you will operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and prepare steel and aluminum materials for distribution to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machinery, an eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to process steel and aluminum materials according to job orders and specifications.
• Set up and adjust CNC equipment, including tool changes and calibration, as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Inspect finished materials for accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and operating procedures is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Flexible availability for day or night shifts.
