Key Responsibilities:
Set and align forms to grade
Pour and finish concrete surfaces with precision
Operate tools such as screeds, floats, and trowels
Ensure quality and safety standards are met
Keep job sites clean and organized
Qualifications:
Proven experience in concrete finishing
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
Strong attendance and reliability
Must have dependable transportation
