About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic phone team. Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming calls, assisting customers with tire orders, product inquiries, and account information
Make prospecting calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
Process and accurately track customer orders using our B2B system
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in Salesforce
Collaborate with team members to meet customer satisfaction and sales goals
