Customer Service Representative - Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English are required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficient in computer skills, including experience with database management and MS Office.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
