Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will serve as the vital link between our warehousing operations and valued customers. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth logistics and exemplary service, contributing directly to client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
Manage and coordinate order intake for multiple warehousing clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of their requests.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product activity, inquiries, and order status updates.
Good phone etiquette for answering calls.
Collaborate effectively with office staff, warehouse personnel, and truck drivers to facilitate smooth communication and operational flow.
Maintain and update inventory and order information using various inventory management systems.
Utilize MS Word and MS Excel for documentation, reporting, and data tracking.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Experience with inventory management systems is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Possible overtime based on business needs.
Hourly pay rate: $17.50/hr.
