Mining Ops Technician – Bitcoin Mining Data Center

Location: Grand Forks, ND
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Days and Nights

Pay: $20.00/hr
About Us:
We are a fast-growing Bitcoin mining company focused on high-performance infrastructure and efficiency. Our team is looking for a Mining Ops Technician to support our data center operations, ensuring optimal performance of mining hardware and network systems.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting of Bitcoin mining machines.
  • Install, rack, and configure equipment including PDUs, network gear, and servers.
  • Manage warehouse logistics, including shipping, receiving, and organizing hardware.
  • Process hardware RMAs and coordinate with vendors for replacements/repairs.
  • Troubleshoot network and client service issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, repairs, and configurations.
  • Ensure the data center remains clean, organized, and optimized for performance.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (expect heat and noise).
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Comfortable with physical labor—bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Prior experience with computer/IT/networking is a plus but not required.
