Office Clerk – Medical Services Department
Paducah, KY
Pay: $10.61 per hour (Additional pay steps available based on education and experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Office Clerk – Medical Services Department

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to support the Medical Services Department in a fast-paced behavioral health setting. This position plays an important role in assisting clinical staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities: Office Clerk – Medical Services Department

  • Answer phones, greet clients, and provide customer service in a professional manner

  • Organize, file, and maintain confidential documents and medical records

  • Enter data accurately into internal systems

  • Schedule appointments and assist with client intake

  • Support clinical and administrative staff with general office tasks

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and correspondence

  • Maintain a clean, organized front office and lobby area

  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications: Office Clerk – Medical Services Department

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Previous office or clerical experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems

  • Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
