Job Description


  • Machine Operation: Set up, operate, or tend forging machines to shape metal or plastic parts according to specifications.

  • Tool Installation: Mount attachments or tools onto production equipment as required for specific tasks.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct test runs of production equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality.

  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during production.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience as a Forging Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to detect inconsistencies and defects in products or processes.

  • Physical Stamina: Capability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
