Job Title: General Laborer - Grain Handling and Cleanup

Location: Eddyville, KY
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Eddyville, KY. This position involves various tasks related to the handling of grain, including loading and unloading, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be able to perform physical tasks and work effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload grain from trucks and storage containers.
• Operate basic machinery and tools as needed for grain handling.
• Perform routine cleanup and housekeeping duties to manage spillovers and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and report any issues to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general labor or agricultural work preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
