Job Description

Job Title:  Administrative Assistant (Calvert City, KY Area)
Days & Hours:  M-F; 8a.m.- 4p.m.
Hourly Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr. DOE
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize QuickBooks Desktop to process invoicing for customers accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update financial records and bookkeeping, ensuring all data is accurate and organized
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including document preparation and correspondence
  • Assist with other office duties as needed to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
