Job Description

General Machine Operator  Job Summary:
The  Machine Operator  is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to manufacture high-quality automotive components. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machines, presses, or other automated equipment to produce automotive parts.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to meet company and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to maintenance.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Accurately record production data and meet daily output goals.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, or technical drawings is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [weight requirement] pounds.
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and follow safety guidelines.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
