Location: Hickory, KY
Shift: 3:00pm-1:30am Monday -Thursday
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR with $2.50 PM shift differential 
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated HR Night Shift Coordinator to support our Human Resources department during night shift operations. The ideal candidate will assist with onboarding, employee support, attendance tracking, and communication between employees and management.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Support employees with HR-related questions and concerns
  • Communicate company policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Monitor attendance, call-ins, and shift staffing needs
  • Assist supervisors with employee relations matters
  • Ensure onboarding paperwork and Paycom documentation are completed accurately
  • Conduct floor walks and provide support to night shift employees
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Support HR projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (optional)
  • Previous HR, staffing, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Experience with Paycom or HR systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
