Heat Treatment Operator (Night Shift)
Position: Heat Treatment Operator
Location: Murray, KY
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (2-2-3 rotating schedule)
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Description:Heat Treatment Operator
We are hiring night-shift Heat Treatment Operators for an automotive parts manufacturer in Murray, KY. This position is responsible for running heat-treat equipment and ensuring parts are processed correctly. Training is provided.
Responsibilities:Heat Treatment Operator

  • Load/unload parts on heat-treat line

  • Monitor machinery and production timing

  • Perform quality checks and follow safety procedures

  • Complete basic documentation and production reports

  • Work safely around industrial machinery and heated parts
Requirements:Heat Treatment Operator

  • Must be able to work overnight 12-hour shifts

  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift

  • Must wear steel-toed boots

  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required

  • Previous factory or warehouse experience helpful but not required

  • Must be comfortable working in a warm environment
