Job Description


Job Title: Inventory Control Technician – 1st Shift
Hourly Rate: $15 per hour

Job Overview  Inventory Control Technician:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Control Technician to join our team on the first shift. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, verifying stock levels, and ensuring the integrity of inventory data. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help streamline operations and support overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities  Inventory Control Technician:
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Utilize Excel to update and manage inventory spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform basic math calculations for inventory adjustments and data verification.
  • Maintain organized records of inventory movements, such as receipts, transfers, and shipments.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to address inventory discrepancies or issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and clerical accuracy in all inventory-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills  Inventory Control Technician:
  • Good clerical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data entry.
  • Basic math skills to read, write, and interpret inventory data accurately.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Prior experience in inventory control or clerical roles is a plus but not required.
