Under the leadership of the Chief Technology Director, this position is responsible for assisting team members by phone or in person. In addition, this position provides administrative support to the Chief Technology Director and other staff members in the Technology Department.
Illustrative Duties:
Assist team members by phone or in person
Scanning documents
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
Maintain process and procedure documentation
Clerical tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
Customer service
Problem solving
Ability to take detailed notes/messages
Experience/working knowledge of computers, information technology, or other related fields
Help desk experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must possess excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills. Have the ability to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
