Responsibilities include;
Operate dozers, excavators and support equipment
Manage haul-truck flow, monitor cycle times, maintain production efficiency on active job sites
Lead by example on the ground- coordinating with truck drivers, laborers, and supervisors to keep operations smooth and productive
Read grade stakes, follow site plans, and execute work based on survey control or hand signals with accuracy and confidence.
Perform daily inspections, greasing, oiling, and minor repairs to keep equipment reliable and ready
Safely connect and operate attachments including buckets, blades, and hydraulic tools
Communicate progress, production updates, and any issues to supervisors and customers
Submit daily digital logs using company tech
