Dump Truck Driver (CDL) – $22–$28/hr | Heavy Equipment & Hauling
We are seeking a highly qualified, safety-oriented Dump Truck Driver to support ongoing hauling and earthwork operations. This position operates a Tri-Axle Dump Truck and is ideal for experienced CDL drivers who are comfortable with long hours, jobsite conditions, and strict safety standards.
Pay & Schedule
$22–$28 per hour, based on experience
50+ hours per week
Extended shifts as project demands
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a Tri Axle Dump Truck in accordance with company policies, DOT regulations, and jobsite safety standards
Perform thorough pre-shift inspections and accurately document findings
Transport and deliver materials including rock, sand, dirt, millings, asphalt, and debris
Maintain clean cab and ensure truck is properly fueled, greased, and serviced
Follow assigned haul routes and site traffic plans
Secure all loads appropriately before transport
Execute accurate backing into hoppers, bins, trenches, and confined areas with full situational awareness
Maintain professionalism on active construction and earthwork sites
Requirements
Valid CDL required (Class B minimum; Class A preferred)
Proven experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy equipment
Strong understanding of DOT rules, jobsite safety, and safe driving practices
Willingness to work 50+ hours per week, including extended shifts
Ability to perform physical jobsite tasks and inspections
Safety focused mindset and reliable attendance
