Job Description

 Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Responsibilities
  • Operate milling machines, presses, and other production equipment to manufacture components according to specifications.
  • Utilize tools such as micrometers and calipers to measure and verify dimensions of finished products.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and tooling instructions to ensure accurate production processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during production.
  • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to maintain workflow and meet production goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in operating milling machines, presses, and other relevant machinery.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc controls and SolidWorks is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Experience in blueprint reading and CAD software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability for tasks.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
