Production Line – 2nd Shift (Paducah, KY)

Are you seeking a stable, hands-on role in a thriving manufacturing environment? We’re hiring for a dedicated Production Line worker on the 2nd shift in Paducah, Kentucky. Position: Production Line Worker – 2nd Shift
Location: Paducah, Kentucky
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift — 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Monday–Wed and Friday Group A)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently assemble, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Operate basic production equipment safely, adhering to all safety procedures and protocols in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with staging, labeling, loading, and stacking products to maintain a smooth flow along the production line.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work station to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shift.
  • Follow all quality assurance guidelines and safety policies diligently, contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as required, demonstrating physical readiness and stamina.

What We’re Looking For:
  • While previous production or assembly experience is a plus, it’s not required — we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
  • Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a repetitive standing position, maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good communication and cooperation.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to safety and quality standards.
