 Industrial Maintenance Technician – ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE 
 Murray, KY
 Pay: Based on Experience (Competitive!)
 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift Openings

TempsPlus is hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in Murray, KY! If you’re someone who can troubleshoot, fix things fast, and keep production running smoothly—this is a great opportunity to get in with a solid company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Keep machines running by performing preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Diagnose issues quickly to minimize downtime
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Repair or replace motors, sensors, and control systems
  • Assist with equipment installs and upgrades
  • Work closely with production to keep everything moving
  • Follow safety guidelines at all times
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous industrial maintenance experience required
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical + electrical)
  • Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a big plus
  • Ability to use tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Dependable and shows up ready to work
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during shift
  • Must be open to working any shift
