INVENTORY CONTROL BATCH ANALYST:

To maintain proper and accurate inventory control of production materials.

This includes verifying accurate production allocations, verifying complete and accurate batch documentation, and tracking and investigating material discrepancies.

•  Process through and close all production batches:
• • Review batch documentation for accuracy.
  • Review batch allocations for accuracy.
  • Assist accounting in resolving batch discrepancies.
  • Assist in allocation training of personnel. (Only as needed.)
• Audit inventory batch locations and reconcile.
• Document all batch issues and address with the Inventory Control supervisor and manager.
• Track and reconcile raw material receipts (as requested) and discuss variances with Inventory Control manager.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• The Batch Analyst should:
  • Be organized, motivated, analytical and capable problem solvers.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Type documents and correspondence.
  • Verify, enter and update data in databases.
  • Adhere to the attendance policy.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma OR GED

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Communication Skills: written and verbal.
• MS Word & Excel & MS Outlook
• Detailed Oriented
• Ability to work both independently and a team player

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
