Rotating Swing Shift - 12 hours shifts!

Immediate openings for a leading global adhesives provider focusing on perfecting adhesives, sealants and other specialty chemicals across all industries throughout the world.

Overview of Machine Operator/Production: 

The job holder has the responsibility to operate the equipment and all its affiliated processes (preparing raw materials and packaging, unloading, packing, and labeling) in compliance with legal and company rules.

Responsibilities of Machine Operator/Production:

• Operating processing equipment in line with process instructions and procedures
• Monitors equipment, keeping processes running at desired run rates.
• Complete the initial testing and release of products in order to ensure that there are no deviations to specifications
• Check labels & packaging material, ensure correct labeling following the existing rules and instructions

Requirements for Machine Operator/Production:

• High school diploma or general education diploma
• No prior experience required, but factory experience is helpful
• Ability to read and understand work orders, production process, safety regulations and quality procedures and instructions.
• Availability to work in shifts
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time (12 hour shift)
• Ability to bend, lift, stand

Pay & Shift Details for Machine Operator/Production:

• Rotating Swing-shift position, alternating 7am-7pm to 7pm to 7am (12 hour shifts)
• Schedule shows 3-4 days on, 3-4 days off, 3-4 nights on
