A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Maintenance Parts Clerk! Full-Time hours, early shift! Potential for overtime during busy season!
OVERALL PURPOSE/FUNCTION of Maintenance Parts Clerk:
· Perform functions, including but not limited to; filing, inventory, parts logs and ordering.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of Maintenance Parts Clerk:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Organizing and recording inventory.
· Handling inquiries and incoming work requests or responsibilities.
· Reviewing files and records.
· Checking and distributing documents and correspondence.
· Maintaining filing systems.
· Typing documents and correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS of Maintenance Parts Clerk:
Education and/or Experience
· High School Diploma OR GED
Professional Designations / Licensures / Certifications
· None required.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
· Communication Skills: written and verbal.
