Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift

Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor - Full Time

Coordinating maintenance and repair work in process areas & assisting with implementation of plant improvements and expansions

Monday - Friday

Nights: 5pm -3:30am

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conducting performance reviews to determine competency of maintenance technicians
  • Maintaining/Updating training manuals for the maintenance department
  • Ensuring all maintenance technicians are trained on most updated procedures
  • Maintaining and repairing shop equipment
  • Establish CMMS for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history
  • Supervising plant maintenance personnel
  • Assisting with hiring of maintenance personnel
  • Salary Based on Experience!  

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in an industrial setting
  • Written and Verbal communication skills
  • 3-5 years of maintenance experience
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Welding
  • Electrical Knowledge
  • Basic PLC troubleshooting
