Job Description

Job Title:  Maintenance Technician 
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Hourly Rate: $20 per hour
Location: Martin, TN
Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly.
  • Repair or replace faulty components and perform necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation.
  • Assist in the setup and installation of new equipment and systems.
  • Support safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and reduce downtime.

Qualifications for Maintenance Technician:
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to safety and quality.
