Mobis Assembly Worker 1st and 2nd and 3rd shifts  Job Summary:
The Mobis Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling automotive components with precision and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet production goals and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
  • Full-time position with potential for overtime.
