About Us:
We are a fast-growing Bitcoin mining company focused on high-performance infrastructure and efficiency. Our team is looking for a Data Center Technician (Crypro) to support our data center operations, ensuring optimal performance of mining hardware and network systems.
Job Responsibilities Data Center Technician (Crypro) :
Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting of Bitcoin mining machines.
Install, rack, and configure equipment including PDUs, network gear, and servers.
Manage warehouse logistics, including shipping, receiving, and organizing hardware.
Process hardware RMAs and coordinate with vendors for replacements/repairs.
Troubleshoot network and client service issues as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, repairs, and configurations.
Ensure the data center remains clean, organized, and optimized for performance.
Requirements Data Center Technician (Crypro) :
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (expect heat and noise).
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Comfortable with physical labor—bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Prior experience with computer/IT/networking is a plus but not required.
Experience in computer hardware is not required, but is helpful. If you are techy, but are okay with warehouse type duties- apply!
