Night Shift - Production Supervisor - Bilingual 

• Oversee production team member work flow
• Ensure quality products and standards are maintained
• Coordinate production start ups, shutdowns and changeovers with other supervisors and managers
• Responsible for maintaining safety standards as required by company policy
• Ensure that maintenance is aware of equipment issues
• Conduct performance evaluations and adhere to departmental goals and expectations.
• Monitor and take appropriate, timely improvement action to meet production quality and quantity
• Facilitate team leader work flow management, scheduling, and placement to ensure the facility and company goals are successfully met or exceeded
• Controls and monitors required re courses to achieve established schedules
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
• Insure the appropriate level of accountability for facility goals and objectives of the team leaders and production workers
• Responsible for creating a high morale workplace with professionalism
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, legible, and completed in a timely manner

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Excellent Communication Skills: written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and manage a large team of employees
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have the skills to coach and develop employees in a production environment

Knowledge of Production/Manufacturing environment

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma/GED required; some college preferred
• Manufacturing supervisor/team lead experience preferred 

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Production floor environment; noise, continuous movement of equipment, temperature swings
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
