TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PACKER / PACKAGING: While basic training to pack and stack finished goods takes approximately one day, mastering troubleshooting processes may require several months of hands-on experience. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped with the skills needed to excel in your role.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PACKER / PACKAGING:

• Inspect, pack, and stack finished goods according to precise specifications.
• Act as a vigilant observer, promptly reporting any machinery, equipment, or process irregularities to supervisors or mechanics.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area by conducting equipment cleaning and waste removal during each shift.
• Conduct regular process inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently, especially on maintenance days.
• Share your knowledge and expertise by training and assisting new team members.
• Uphold strict adherence to finished product specifications, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
• Flexibility is key; you may be asked to undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

WHEN DOWNTIME OCCURS:

• Take proactive measures to clean up the machine and its surroundings, ensuring a safe and organized workspace at all times.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA FOR PACKER / PACKAGING:

• Possess basic computer knowledge to navigate relevant software.
• Comfortable with basic mathematical calculations.
• Demonstrated interest in machinery and mechanical components, with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are highly valued.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
